Powder coating is an electrostatically applied, baked-on polymer resin finish that is far more rugged and durable than liquid paint. It’s weather, scratch and ultraviolet resistant, won’t peel or flake, and remains like new for decades. Our multistep process, including a phosphorous pretreatment process, filtered spray booths and an industrial sized variable temperature industrial oven, ensures a commercial quality finish every time. As an added plus, powder coating is environmentally friendly finish!

Powder coating is applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a “skin” that is bonded to most any metal surface. The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer, which creates a hard finish that is much tougher than paint. Powder coating creates beautiful surfaces that are scratch and rust resistant, easy to clean, and won’t peel, crack or flake. Powder coating will help extend the life of your metal products.
